16 claims didn't hold up. False, distorted, or one-sided. Unverified claims don't count against it.
Enough got stretched that you'll want the sources open.

Mercury in vaccines (thimerosal) is the primary driver of the autism epidemic.
Thimerosal came out of routine childhood vaccines by 2001, apart from some flu shots. If it were driving autism, diagnoses should have fallen after that. They kept climbing. California data tracked prevalence rising every quarter from 1995 through 2007, straight through the removal.
The current childhood vaccine schedule has never been tested against a true saline placebo.
Some were, some were not, and the reason matters. Saline placebos have been used in vaccine trials going back to Salk's 1954 polio trial, and rotavirus vaccines on the current schedule were tested that way too. For others, running an inert placebo would mean leaving children unprotected against a disease we already have a vaccine for, so trials compare the new vaccine against the existing one instead. That is an ethics call, not a gap nobody noticed.
Wi-Fi and cell phone radiation damage children's brains and cause behavioral disorders.
The WHO does classify radiofrequency fields from phones as possibly carcinogenic, which is the category that means the question is open rather than answered. What it does not find is consistent evidence of harm below the levels that heat tissue, and nothing establishes damage to children's brains or behavioural disorders. Possibly carcinogenic is not the same as shown to cause harm.
The CIA killed President John F. Kennedy.
The 2025 mass declassification of JFK files, over 77,000 pages, added new detail on unrelated Cold War era CIA operations abroad but turned up nothing new about the assassination itself. Historian Fredrik Logevall, who reviewed the release, said there was 'little or nothing new' on the killing, and the documents don't contradict the Warren Commission's finding that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. No verified evidence in the public record implicates the CIA in Kennedy's death.
Anthony Fauci funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology that created COVID-19.
NIH/NIAID funded EcoHealth Alliance, which subgranted to WIV for bat coronavirus research. The NIH confirmed in Oct 2021 that WIV did conduct limited experiments that could be characterized as gain-of-function under the broadest definitions. However, intelligence agencies have not reached consensus on COVID's origin, and the specific research funded has not been linked to SARS-CoV-2. Conflating NIH funding with deliberate creation of the pandemic significantly overstates what is actually known.
Atrazine in drinking water causes sex changes in frogs and impacts human hormone health.
The frog half has real research behind it. Tyrone Hayes at Berkeley found atrazine chemically castrated three quarters of exposed male frogs and turned some into functional females, at concentrations well under the EPA's 3 parts per billion drinking water limit. The human hormone half is where it outruns the evidence. That link is still uncertain, and the EPA has kept atrazine registered while Europe banned it in 2003.
The pharmaceutical industry has total immunity from liability for vaccine injuries under federal law.
The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (1986) shifted vaccine injury claims from courts to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), a no-fault system funded by an excise tax. Manufacturers are not completely immune — they can still be sued for manufacturing defects, failure to warn, or intentional wrongful conduct. Since 2010, the Emergency Use Authorization framework provided additional liability protection. Kennedy consistently conflates VICP with 'total immunity', which is legally inaccurate.
The CIA has been using media organizations to spread propaganda domestically since Operation Mockingbird.
Operation Mockingbird was a documented CIA program during the Cold War to influence media. Church Committee hearings (1975) confirmed these activities occurred. The CIA officially ended active journalist recruitment, though critics argue influence operations continue in subtler forms. Applying a historical program's confirmed existence to claim current systematic media control conflates documented past practices with unproven current ones.
Aluminum adjuvants in vaccines accumulate in the brain and cause neurological damage.
Studies by Christopher Shaw (later retracted for data irregularities) alleged aluminum in vaccine adjuvants causes neurological damage. The mainstream scientific consensus is that aluminum adjuvants are safe at vaccine doses — the body excretes the vast majority within days. Infants receive far more aluminum through breast milk and infant formula than from vaccines. Research from the European Journal of Vaccines & Immunization and WHO SAGE Working Group on vaccine safety both concluded the evidence for adjuvant-related neurotoxicity is not established.
Big Pharma pays $4.5 billion in fines per year, which they consider a cost of doing business.
The framing holds up better than the figure. Public Citizen counted $62.3 billion in penalties against drug manufacturers across 482 cases from 1991 to 2021, which averages closer to $2 billion a year, though global regulatory fines hit $11.2 billion in 2025 alone. The cost of doing business point is the part with real support: those penalties work out to about $1 for every $31 in profit.
Chronic disease in American children has skyrocketed from 12% in 1986 to 54% today.
While chronic disease rates in children have genuinely increased, Kennedy's specific figures (12% in 1986 → 54% today) are disputed. The 54% figure appears to derive from a 2011 JAMA Pediatrics study measuring any chronic condition broadly, including mild conditions like skin allergies. More targeted analyses show lower rates. The trend of increasing chronic disease is real, but the specific percentage is likely inflated by expansive definitions of 'chronic condition.' Causally linking this solely to vaccines is not supported by evidence.
Antidepressants cause more suicide than they prevent and are being massively over-prescribed.
SSRIs carry an FDA black-box warning that they may increase suicidal ideation in children, adolescents, and young adults — this is real and documented. However, meta-analyses show antidepressants reduce suicide risk in adults over 25 and are effective for moderate-to-severe depression. 'Causing more suicide than they prevent' is not supported by population-level evidence. Over-prescription is a legitimate and documented concern, but the causation framing heavily distorts the overall data.
The revolving door between regulatory agencies (FDA, CDC, EPA) and the industries they regulate creates systemic corruption.
The revolving door itself is documented and uncontroversial. Officials do move between agencies and the industries they regulated, and both parties have criticised it. Corruption is the loaded part. It asserts intent, where the research mostly shows influence and conflict of interest, which is a real problem but a different claim.
Independent scientists whose research contradicts pharmaceutical industry interests are systematically suppressed and lose their funding.
There are documented cases of researchers facing pressure after publishing findings unfavorable to industry (e.g., Dr. Andrew Wakefield's fraud is on the other end; Dr. Marcia Angell's documented conflicts-of-interest concerns). Publication bias in favor of industry-funded positive results is a real, peer-reviewed phenomenon. However, claiming 'systematic suppression' implies an organized conspiracy rather than the more complex structural dynamics of research funding, peer review, and career incentives that genuinely do shape scientific output.
Children are now receiving 72 doses of vaccines by the time they're 18, up from 24 in 1986.
The direction is right and the numbers are both off. In 1986 the recommended schedule was about 11 doses, seven shots and four oral. Today it runs roughly 50 to 54 doses by age 18 depending on flu, HPV and rotavirus choices. So the jump is bigger than he says, but the count of separate antigens a child meets has fallen by around 95% because the vaccines themselves are far more refined.
Glyphosate (Roundup) causes cancer and its levels in food are dangerous.
This is a genuine split between agencies, not a settled fact either way. The World Health Organization's cancer agency classifies glyphosate as probably carcinogenic to humans. The EPA concluded it is not likely to be, though a federal appeals court in 2022 found the agency had ignored studies and sidelined its own advisory panel in reaching that. Stating it flatly as causing cancer skips over a real disagreement.
All of this ran on its own. The claims got pulled out of the transcript, then checked against live sources.
