Joe Rogan Experience #2533 - Diana Pasulka · Aired Jul 30, 2026
Claim summary · not a verbatim quotation
The Pentagon never passes budgets.
The finding
What the evidence shows
This mixes up two different things. The Pentagon does get its budget passed. Congress has appropriated its funding pretty much every year through the normal process. What the Pentagon has never done is pass its own financial audit, failing every one since audits became mandatory in 2018. Real ongoing problem, just the wrong word for it.
